Submit your application
Submit an application of interest to DUS along with a letter of authority and a copy of a recent invoice. This can either be done via one of our dedicated account managers or directly with our customer support team.
Contact your current supplier
DUS will communicate with your current provider in order to access account information, such as, contract end date, annual consumptions, current energy rates, renewal options and any other relevant information we need to tender your supply accurately.
Competitive rates
DUS will look to price your energy supply through our tendering process. We request multiple energy suppliers to tender for your supply in order to obtain the most competitive prices to suit your business needs. Suppliers will usually provide DUS with 1,2,3,4 and 5 year contracts.
Your Energy Choices
DUS will collate the most competitive prices based on your business needs and will create a comprehensive energy market report detailing your options and contract terms. We will send you this report including our own recomendation based on market trends.
Contract Management
Once you have chosen your supplier and the length of the contract you want, DUS will then manage the entire boarding process and keep you updated. Once you are live we will manage your account for the duartion of the contract.
