I get paid a commission from whichever supplier that you choose. I provide prices from the 3 cheapest suppliers and I will recommend the cheapest as I get paid the same standard amount regardless of who you choose.. The price you see is the price you pay so its not added on later!!

That is fantastic; well you already understand the benefits of using a utility broker and how we can get cheaper prices for your business. We are different to other brokers. Most brokers have plush offices, nice company cars and big hospitality budgets. There is nothing wrong with that but guess who pays? All we ask for is an opportunity to provide a like for like quote in order to see if we can get cheaper prices as we believe the client should be the one who benefits from the savings most.

Alternative B. Sorry to take up your time, but I have helped your competitor down the road and I thought you may want the same savings we got for him. I didn't realise you would be happy to pay more overheads than him.

Well, yes I could pop back but I am also quite busy with the big uptake of businesses that I am now assisting. I know I have some availability towards the beginning of next week, what day is best for me to get this form filled out and collect those bills, it will take less than 3 minutes.
Alternative B: Its best to look in advance as with commercial customers they can get rolled over into new contracts without realising sometimes often at high rates. When is the best time for me to come back to you?
