Your application has now been submitted to DUS
This stage of the application process is to complete the documentation to support your application.
You will need your Client Referance Number to proceed with the application. This has been emailed to you and starts "MC"
PDF LOA
Download your Letter of Authority in PDF, print out, fill out, and send to DUS
Word LOA
Download your Letter of Authority in Word, print out, fill out, and send to DUS
Once the LOA has been completed you can click the Next button.
