Time frames

This section of the energy training module is based on the time scales that you can expect within the Energy Industry.

Submitting A New Application

When submitting a new application for a client's energy supply, providing that all the information is provided, is correct and that you have also submitted the client correctly on the Platform, our aim is to respond within 3 working days. 


The process for us to complete a new Energy application will take from 1 to 7 Days. We will then come back to you with a response.


If you have not heard anything regarding your new application within 7 days you will need to launch a "follow up" Energy Enquiry. 

Change Of Tenancy

Where a client has just moved into a new building or business premises and needs to let the current provider know that they have moved in. 


This process will take between 4 and 6 weeks to action. The change of tenancy is not a quick and simple process


If you have not heard anything within 21 days you will need to launch a "follow up" Energy Enquiry. 

Half Hourly Meters

Half hourly meters are not so straight forward to price. The following time scales are providing we have all the relevant information and the client is within the renewal window.


The process of accessing prices for Half hourly meters will take between 2 weeks and 4 weeks.



If you have not heard anything within 14 days you will need to launch a "follow up" Energy Enquiry.
