Copy Bills.
Here are some examples of copy bills that are ARE compliant.
Example 1 - The Email Forward
This copy bill is the best format we can receive. Your client may receive their invoices from the supplier via email.
If you can get a copy of that invoice and forward it to the admin team it means we should have no trouble accessing the information we require.
This copy bill is compliant, and will be accepted as part of a complete application.
Example 2 - The Computer Scan
This copy bill is also a great format for us to receive a copy invoice. The computer scans are clear and easy to read and no information is missing.
Providing that all pages of the bill are supplied, and the scan is clear, we are able to gather all the information we need from the bills.
This copy bill is compliant, and will be accepted as part of a complete application.
Example 3 - The Cam Scanner
Tiny Cam scanner or other similar apps are fantastic at turning your mobile phone camera into a scanner.
This works really well as it can remove the blur from photos, square up the image and also makes the image easier to read.
Please check your scans before sending - if you cannot read it, neither can we.
This copy bill is compliant, and will be accepted as part of a complete application.
Example 4 -
The Photo
This format of sending a copy bill is acceptable providing it is done correctly. The photos need to be clear and square, contains the entire document and not blurred.
We are able to gather what information we need from this copy bill.
Please make sure the lighting quality is good and that it isn't too dark or that there is no glare from over light exposure.
This copy bill is compliant, and will be accepted subject to the quality as part of a complete application.
