Copy Bills.
In order to provide accurate pricing for the client we require a copy of an energy invoice for each meter needing to be priced.
Please Note
- We require Full copy of bills (All Pages)
There are a few options that we will accept for copy bills, including;
Scanned document from a computer scanner,
Scanned document from Tiny Scanner or similar App,
Original documentation,
Quality photos of the invoices (Please note the photo's must be of the entire documentation, not multiple photo's)

Here are some examples of copy bills that are NOT
compliant.
Example 1 -
Half the Picture
This copy bill is not compliant as we cannot see the billing address at the top of the energy bill. There is also vital information in the top right of the bill that has been missed off which is required.
This image is only of one page, and we require ALL
pages of the invoice.
This copy bill is not compliant and will be returned to the partner as an incomplete energy application.
Example 2
- The Jigsaw
This copy bill is not compliant as it is not the entire document. This makes it very difficult when trying to price a contract accurately. Also it can be contested that pictures are from different bills. It is important it is one clear shot of the bill.
If you cannot get a clear enough image on your camera, you will need to find another method of getting a copy of the bill.
This copy bill is not compliant, and will be returned to sender as an incomplete application.
Example 3 - The Blur
This copy bill is not compliant as the image is distorted.
You cannot make out any of the information on the copy bill. This photo has either been taken on a really low quality camera or with an unsteady hand.
We cant price accurately if we cant make out important figures such as MPANs and current prices etc.
The best way to rectify this is to either change the lighting (move to somewhere with more light) change your camera settings or by using a cam scanner if you have a smart phone.
This copy bill is not compliant, and will be returned to sender as an incomplete energy application.
