The Commission Report


Diverse Utility Solutions will send out monthly commission reports to individuals that are due payments or if they register a new client with Diverse Utility Solutions that month.

What does a commission report do?

  • The commission report is to assist you in growing your business and keep track on your clients. 
  • The report contains the key dates that you will need including contract end dates, live dates and the renewal windows. 
  • The commission report also allows you to see when you are due to be paid on contracts and how much.
  • If a client is missing off the commission report launch an enquiry to ensure they have been processed and allocated successfully. Please note this only applies to priced or live clients and it can take up to four weeks for them to appear.
  • Although we provide this report to help you keep track of your clients, it must be stressed YOUR CLIENTS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and Diverse Utility Solutions cannot be held accountable for clients missing contract dates etc as you have primary responsibility.

IMPORTANT

Commission reports contain some very sensitive information and should be treated, handled and stored with extreme care.

The information within the report is classed as confidential and anyone found to be negligent by distributing or sharing this information at any level could be disciplined or even dismissed from Diverse Utility Solutions. There may also be other legal consequences incurred.
