Live Clients.
Once your client has gone live with their new energy contract we can assist with any issues that they have whilst they are in that contract, though suppliers prefer to deal directly with the client and will usually tell us to get the client to ring the supplier.
What we can do is advise the client on what to say and how to say it as they approach potential issues they face as well as avoiding the traps within the energy industry.
We always advise caution as well as a hands-on approach because some suppliers will attempt to renew contracts and cut out your commission. (Eon are probably the most prolific in this area)
