Submitting the Paperwork 

Once you have achieved the following -
  • Signed Letter of Authority,
  • Filled out the Client Product Identifier,
  • Gathered Copies of Energy Bills,
  • Filled out the Change of Tenancy Form (If Required)
  • Submitted all the information onto the Online Platform. 
 There is one final step to submitting your client application.

...Submitting the paperwork.  

There are 2 ways in which to submit the paperwork... 
1. Email Submission

The first way you can submit the paperwork is via email.

All emails are to be sent to admin@dus-ltd.co.uk. Please do NOT email our suppliers direct as the application will be duplicated. 
 
We prefer emails to be sent from a PC, as attachments can be difficult to access when sent from a mobile device, though we will try to work with you if you don't have a PC.

The Subject line of your email should be as follows -*Business Name,Your Name,Service for example, ABC Ltd - John Smith - Energy
 
Sending the documents via email may require scanning documents to your computer, which can take a little time. Please take care when scanning the documents making sure all documents are full and clear. 
 
If you choose to submit documentation via email you would look to have a response from us within 3 - 5 working days depending on how long the paperwork takes to process.

2. Postal Submission


The second way you can submit the paperwork is via post. 

All postal applications are to be sent to the following Address via 1st class post.

Sending the documents via post can sometimes be easier especially if there are lots of documents. If you are sending the only copy of the documentation we recommend sending the items via recorded delivery as we cannot accept any liability for items lost in the post.
 
If you choose to submit documentation via post you would look to have a response from us within 10 - 14 working days depending on how long the paperwork takes to process.

Unfortunately, at this present time these are the only 2 available methods of successfully submitting the paperwork to Diverse Utility Solutions. We are looking into developing other methods but in the meantime these are a few that we will NOT accept.

Important Things To Remember

All paperwork MUST be submitted to admin@dus-ltd.co.uk Any paperwork that is not submitted to this email address will not be classed as submitted and we will not be held responsible for any application not submitted correctly.

Please do not CC or BCC any other individual or organization into your application unless told otherwise by a Director. If you do this it can cause duplication and further complications. Only submit applications to the admin email address unless told otherwise by a Director. Under no circumstances should you copy in anyone outside DUS approved people as you could breach both OFGEM and data protection policies.

The partner who is the first to register the LOA has the right to all commissions for this client. This applies for the duration of the LOA, which is twelve months from when it is signed or the duration of the contract effected in that time. This rule is clear and absolute as it governs any dispute arising in the event of two brokers approaching the same client.

What do you need to submit?
  • The Letter of Authority
  • The Data Capture Form
  • The Change of Tenancy Form, if required
  • Copy Bills. 
Multiple Service Applications.

Please Note that if you are applying for more than one service, you will need to send an email for each service that you are applying for. (i.e. 1 E-mail for Energy, 1 E-mail for Telecoms Etc.)
The E-mail Subject line. 

The Subject line of your email should be  as follows...
