DUS - Energy Training
Energy Agreement.
We have 2 types of energy agreement and here are both of them.
The Energy Agreement is for our records and allows us to place the contract with the chosen supplier.

We need as much information filling out as possible. This is the information that the supplier will use for Data Protection on the clients account.

If we do not get this information, then some suppliers will not accept the contract, and the contract will be rejected..

The section titled "Your Details" is all the information about the client. This information is requested by the supplier in order for us to place a contract with them.

Contract Prices - this section will need to be filled out, indicating which supplier the client has chosen to use, and the rates and terms from the pricing report.

Payment Method - Simply tick how they would like to pay for their energy, Please Note the contract will be priced based on the information on the DCF form. It is essential this is done properly on the DCF as it is too late to change it now without repricing and re signing the customer.

Billing Frequency - Simply Select. please note that most suppliers will ONLY bill monthly.

The Client then needs to sign and date the document as well as indicate their position within the company and print their name.

This form is great to consolidate the clients contract by showing them good rates and ensuring that will be what they are charged.

This Energy Agreement is usually filled out for you with all the clients details.

All the client needs to do is indicate the length of contract they wish to take (Tick Box) and their payment method (usually predetermined)

We need as much information filling out as possible. This is the information that the supplier will use for Data Protection on the clients account.

We also require the bottom part of the agreement to be completed and signing.
