Waste Data Capture Form
The first item that we require in order to proceed with procuring waste disposal is a Waste Data Capture Form also referred to as a Waste DCF.
The Waste DCF is designed to gather vital information that is needed in order to get your client an accurate waste disposal quotation.
The risk assessment part of this form is to assess how safe it is to empty the bins and what risks there may be in emptying bins.
You are required to perform this basic risk assessment on behalf of your client.
Without this form filled out and signed by the client we are unable to proceed with the application.
